Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA, unveiled its hotel development pipeline at the Arabian & African Hospitality Investment Conference (AHIC) with 18 new hotels adding 5000+ keys in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Turkey, and Iraq.
In 2021, the company will open 4 new hotels including Millennium Place Mirdif and Studio M Al Barsha in the UAE, Grand Millennium Gizan in KSA and Grand Millennium Al Seef Basra in Iraq adding 1,000+ keys.
Millennium current portfolio includes various hotels in key gateway cities across the world tailored to meet the needs of the surrounding and source markets. The company operates 50 hotels in the Middle East under 12 brands catering for all segments and offering a unique guest experience in 17 cities across 9 countries with 17,000+ keys.

AHIC, now in its 17th year, is the annual gathering for the Middle East’s hospitality investment community organised by global hotel investment event organiser Bench in partnership with the Middle East business intelligence brand, MEED.
